Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where hot77 identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated Accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid CNIC number, and accurate date of birth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting hot77 customer support. Cricket betting markets on hot77 — including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test match markets — are subject to the following additional rules:
A bet may be declared void by hot77 in circumstances including: the event being cancelled; the market being suspended at the time of bet placement due to a technical error; acceptance of the bet being contrary to these Terms; or evidence of manipulation of the underlying sporting event.
